231 is an original 70's style band made up of 4 veterans to the music industry. The group has many years experience with performing, recording and video. All the songs were written by the band members during their careers. The band formed in 2004 when Jim and Bruce joined Chuck and Paul to form 231. They spent a year in the studio rehearsing and fine tuning all their material. Now the band is performing at a professional level impressing fans and club owners along the way. In 2006 they made it to the semi-finals in the Good Times Magazines music festival on Long Island and turned out more than 100 fans in their 2 shows during the event. Even though the band is fairly new to the local scene these guys have been in the music industry for many years.
