BLACKMALE was born and raised in DC/Maryland but he isn’t defined by geography – a rolling stone, wherever he lays his gat is home. He started his career in a place you find many black males - behind bars. He had everything he needed – a pen and pad, his mind, and a rhythm that he beat out on his chest with his fists. When he heard himself ride that beat, he knew this was what he was made to do. His original sound generated a buzz in the rap world with the release of his first single “My Click,” making it known that he stands alone, and he’ll take on anyone in the game.

BLACKMALE is legendary for his elaborate verbal jousting, concocting poetry out of the disjointed words in his head and giving a voice to our greatest ambitions and our darkest, most disturbing thoughts.
