Beatz Around The Bush Productions was created because of one woman's desire to collect musicians from all around the Alaskan Bush, get them off their collective butts and put them together to collaborate and create music. In essence, we are a music co-op of sorts. None of the artists are signed to contracts. We are all free agents trying to give each other a leg up in the world. If nothing else, we inspire each other. We are new in our endeavor, and the going is slow, but we are gaining momentum and soon there will no stopping us.

We come from different backgrounds and we all have very different tastes in music and different ways of working our respective talents into the mix, hopefully this will help us to create a completely unique sound.

A couple of us are more prolific than others.

Karl Anderson is our resident rapper, and he has enough material to run this studio night and day for years. It was his desire and drive that really set this project in motion.

Karl's wife, Ashlie, is our very own visual artist, she designs all of our logo and disc labels, t-shirts and the like...she is extremely talented in her own right.

Debra Bradford thinks she's too old for a record deal, but still wants to contribute when she can...she owns the sound equipment, so she feels pretty secure in her place here, lol.

There are random musicians stopping by all the time and laying down their ideas on occasion, oh, and Melissa, whose voice can make you cry, but you have to pin her down first...

We have garnered some attention in our little region and have more people interested every day....stay tuned.
