Born In North Carolina but raised in Germany. A product of military parents. Cleo Jones born Tamara Lytch has always been what people considered the artsy type. Whether it was her artwork, clothing, or music she has always shown a love for creativity. As time went on and she became a woman she started realizing the importance of her role in society. So being the take charge woman she is she began to spread her message with a little help from her mentor Chuck D . They put together a female group called Crew grrl order. But like most girl groups It didn't last. Finally She decided 2 years ago to start pursuing her solo career to prove to the world that Femcees are not just half naked women with overly suggestive sexual lyrics or Baggy jean wearing I gotta be hard to compete with the men. Somewhere in between all of the insanity there is a woman who everyone aspires to be and her name is Cleo Jones.
