Greatings,

My name is Warwick Doolan. I'm 36 years old and I absolutely love Techno, Trance and anything that appeals to my ears and sends my mind on a trip. I choose a theme, work on a story which has a begining, a middle and an end.

I grew up listening to the likes of ICE-T, ICE-Cube, Public Enemy, Snap, Herbie Hancock, & main stream dance hits on the radio. Then a friend of mine introduced me to a new sound, Techno at a local night club The Big Ticket. Back in the day the techno scene opened my listening experience to my local idol, DJ ANGUS. I was in awe & hooked from the get go. Not having any formal training, it was quite a few years until I had a chance to create my own brand of techno/trance music.

The computer is out of date, and so are the programes but it had done the trick and I have arrived at this stage in my journey. The only way is up as YAS said.

My other tastes in music are Blues (John Lee-Hooker, Muddy Waters), Metallica, Ramstein, Iron Maiden, Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, Jean Michel Jarre, Vangellis, and Motzart, Moby, Tiesto, DJ Sai, some Scooter, The Prodigy, Mahem Records to name a few, the altziemers is setting in or it was too close to the base bin.

I have now successfully converted my tunes into the right format and all songs are now complete, except for "The Dune Experience", which still needs some work.

The products I like to use are: Acid Pro v.4, Sound Forge v.7, Reason v.2, Frooty Loops v.5, and some ejay products (I like the samples from ejay).

I'm not really sure what you would call my music. In the begining I had grand visions of a Trance CD. One friend said she thought it sounded "Old School" and others something different again. Have listen and make up ya own mind and if you like it then ya like it. It's that simple. I am aslo promoting myself on Beats Digital.com which is woth a look.
