Depths We Cry
Biography
Joe Willie - Vocals/Drums
Roger McDavid - Guitar/Keyboard
Melissa Potter - Bass/Vocals

"DEPTHS WE CRY" came together while Roger McDavid and Joe Willie were deployed to Afghanistan. Joe was debating on starting a band down there but was having a hard time trying to find good musicians. Then along came Roger. Joe heard him playing in the post chapel and went over to listen him. Right then and there they hit it off and started writing music and playing shows in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Once they returned from deployment they started looking for a new Bassist. Then along came Mellisa Potter. They started recording their own songs and are now sending out a 4 song demo in hope of the big dream of getting signed. But you can enjoy the 4 song demo right here on this page!

"Depths We Cry" is all about Heavy Metal. They are trying to bring a new approach to it and want to bring it back in a new way. They keep it heavy with their aggressive vocals, female backing vocals, deep chunky guitar riffs, double bass, and keyboards by filling your ears with New Age Heavy Metal. I hope everyone enjoys their music and prepare to rock out with "Depths We Cry"!!
