This "band" was started about 2 years ago, when I realized that Reason could be useful for more than just Drum-n-Bass and Techno tracks.(check out my other page "Right This Way" if you're into that sort of thing. There's a link to it below)

The first songs (Not Just Another Day, Long Road Alone) were crudley recorded on crappy equipment and un-skillfully mixed, but the idea is there. At the time,I was using Reason 2.0, and the drum sounds were not very life-like. I was running an Ibanez RG270 guitar through the Line 6 software that came with the Toneport (Gearbox),and it wasn't going to cut it. Also, I was just beginning to familiarize myself with Mixcraft, and knew nothing about proper mixing techniques.

After many mistakes and horrible cuts, I gave up on trying to re-mix those songs, realizing that the equiment used to record them was a joke. I decided to get better equipment, and picked up my ESP LTD EC-1000 and a Marshall Microstack. I also found Reason 4 and Nuendo's Wavelab.

Production got better,(Test)but it was still lacking the power I was looking for. I started researching recording and mixing techniques, and after watching many Youtube videos, and a hell of a lot of trial and error, I started getting the sound I was looking for. (Burn It Down)

Please feel free to comment on this page. Any constructive critisism will help. If you have advice, please share! If you're local to the Austin area and want to jam..... any fuckin' time, I'm down.
