Biography
We are Severs, and we are a Denver punk rock & roll band. As you can see by our influences, we're kind of all over the place. At this point Norm is taking care of the songwriting chores and then allowing Don & Nick to flex their creative muscles in coming up w/ their respective parts. Don, our bass player, is a whiz with the video equipment as well as coming up with the cool graphics that some of you may have already seen on here advertising shows and so forth. Nick, our drummer, is the beat keeper extraordinaire and is also enrolled in the Recording Arts program of the College of Arts & Media at CU Denver. Norm, our sexy guitar/singer dude, has been in a half dozen bands. Most recently The Speeks, as well as one of the main songwriters in Denver's, The Sinshakers, in the late nineties. He's also a senior in the Music & Entertainment Industry Studies program at CU Denver with a focus on business. He's also a member of MEISA (Music & Ent. Industries Students Association) and the UCD Pre Law Society. He thinks he's going to be a rock musician and a lawyer. Good luck! At present, we have two hour's worth of solid material with more being added weekly. We also have a few covers by artists we admire such as the Ramones and the Misfits. Though we're not without our mistakes, we are regularly complimented on how well we sound as a group considering the short amount of time we've been together.
