I'm songwriter which at last has decided to be engaged in musical career seriously and professionally. Among my acquaintances I often speak about myself so: born in a right time, but not in a right place. The right time is 20 century, the rock music age, and a wrong place is the USSR where this rock music was under an interdiction for long years. Whether I have abilities to the music composition? Certainly! After all I have composed the first song, when I was 6 years old and it was rock-n-roll! But, that it was a rock, I have understood many years later when has heard "Beatles" and other bands from the "Iron Curtain".
Despite of everything, this music nevertheless reached us and it has served as stimulus to study in guitar playing. There was no electric guitar courses so I have gone to the classic guitar courses. I studied less year (there was no money for training), but it has given to me a lot of - I have studied a guitar and notes. And even now I write music traditionally - notes to a stuff, though by means of the computer program. Also I took part in school band, and then in student's band, as the guitarist and the bass player. And then has started to compose songs. By the way, one of those songs later 30 years has occupied prize-winning place at the American competition. But, it proceeded not for long - I married, the child was born. It was necessary to earn a living, and music could not earn. However music did not leave me, it was necessary to take a guitar in hands and there and then the new song could appear. In general, for the composition of a song to me there are enough 15 minutes, and there is also a half a year a little to make a good song. I do not love hack-work, therefore if I am not assured, that the song is perfect in order, I allow it to listen to nobody.
Year after year passed, and eventually I have understood, that I do my songs much better, than anything other. I spent heavy earned money to buy computers, a professional sound card, studio monitors a lot of software and was engaged with arrangement of my old and new songs.
I take part in USA and UK song competitions, result - prize-winning places. It is necessary good lyricist, together we can make the hits.
Music genres. I can do and do the music in different genres from tunes for a classic guitar to a jazz, from soft rock to death-metal. I am able to combine a beautiful melody with a rigid rhythm. My music preferences: Beatles, Pink Floyd , Thin lizzy, led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, Gershwin, Bernstein.
