Biography
Bob & Deb have been making music together since 1968 when they met in a typical high-school garage band. Bob was the bass player and Debbie was one of the singers. It was not love at first sight, but their common love of music, life and adventure eventually led them into a loving relationship that has not only survived, but has continually evolved into a life. Even after all these years, they are still in love, loving life and making their own sound of music! Their music ranges from classic 60s-era folk-rock covers to their own compositions that document their life together.
The songs presented here were recorded in their home studio which consists of a simple 8-track digital recorder and a stereo mixer, but they somehow manage to create tracks that belie their modest resources. Listen closely and you will hear arrangements that weave instruments, voices and lyrics into a flowing tapestry of sonic emotion. From the ordinary frustrations of business travel (Frequent Flyer) to the inexplicable inhumanity of religious war (I've Seen All I Want), Bob & Deb reveal a side of life seldom explored by songwriters. Their music is a unique perspective which has often been described as "positive, refreshing and soothing." So, relax and listen...these songs just might change your mind about some things.
