Biography
Brush Wood was formed in the spring of 2006. Jim Richardson(lead vocals/guitars) has been playing with a few line-up changes for over the last ten years. It wasn't until the addition of Alex Akimov(lead guitars), Gary Glynn(drums) and George Crecoukias(bass guitar) did the band start to notice the potential of being a class "A" rock act. The band has a 5 song EP recorded and is currently working on finishing up a 13 track studio album. Brush Wood is also currently searching and shopping for management and promotional opportunities.

Brush Wood is a band catering to all ages and tastes. That is the goal of the band. To bring a flavour to radio that hasn't been tasted by some, but sounding comfortably familiar to others. This band has the material to develop a large international and national fan base. Creating pop radio friendly songs that everyone can enjoy. Add this to a willing, career oriented live act, and you have a recipe for success.
