Greetings to the BUGZ site!
My name is Frank Henicke and I am a songwriter/guitarist. Recently, I have started back writing and recording again. It is my purpose to collaborate with talented musicians with the same goal and love for music. With this in mind I have started a new project and recorded with what I believe to be some very talented and good people. It was my pleasure to add Dave Irons, the singer for his band Kritickill, to add the vocals. Once I heard the depth of his singing and with his hunger for music it was a no brainer to invite him to join in. I was introduced to one the most creative and talented drummers from Austin, TX the man Rich Chilleri, who himself has a very good history of projects and who I found to add the right part to all the songs. Then the smooth and creative bass playing of George Reiff was added and that made the music really come to life. George, has lots of experience in the music bizz and has worked with many known artist himself and conitinues to. His last project was with Chris Robinson the singer from the Black Crowes. All this was recored at Jumping Dog Studio in Austin Tx. Ron Flynt the owner and engineer was the man who captured it all and with his good help and advice we managed to get it right. Ron himself is a polished pro and has a long history in the music world. One of his first bands was 20/20 a recording band that wrote some very fine songs and put out various albums. Wanting to have the recordings sound the best I could I was very happy to have Kenny Lewis do all the mixes (www.mixedemotionsmusic.com) and Ty Tabor aka lead guitarist from Kings X do the mastering at his studio (www.alienbeansstudio.com). So the six songs listed are complete. I am presently working on more songs and will have more guest musicians as well. I like to stay open to different styles of music and willing to go outside the box. Stay tuned for more...
