Biography
Late 2004, Dokhi (Bass)Oli (Drums) team up with Axeman (Guitar & Vocals) to form Charlie don't surf.
From the off, it is obvious that those 3 guys are focused on energy and a tight cohesion, which the audiences (in Belgium and abroad) never failed to acknowledge.
Early 2006, the band leaves the studio with their first CD "7 Ways to go").
Since then, this power trio never stopped gigging, rehearsing, writing new material and working hard on a project that is so dear to their hearts.
With influences encompassing Motorhead, RAge against the machine and Dreamtheatre to name but a few, Charlie don't surf 's music is an explosive cocktail of 70's hard rock, punk, prog, seasoned with an ounce of subversion.
They love the smell of napalm in the morning...wanna taste?
