Christy O was raised in the small town of Italy, TX where she is an active member of the Coming of Christ Full Gospel Church. There, she was molded to be a bold warrior and to put her whole heart into whatever she does. She has performed with famous artists such as Dorinda Clark-Cole and LaShun Pace in Annual Summer Gospel Concerts.
Her recently finished recording Joshua Rise, one of many she has written, takes you on an inspiring journey from the past to the future.

In addition to her writing and singing talents, she also obtained an Associates Degree in Business Information Technology while working and raising her two sons. Her experience as a designer enabled her to conduct her own photo shoot and design her own album cover for Joshua Rise.
