artists.. we also have an alliance with a company who creates in-store radio
channels for 1000's of retail outlets in the UK and Europe.
It's all non-exclusive so you still have all your rights to your music. It
just gives us the rights to be able to play your music on our radio station
and freedom to place and promote your music for you. There are no fees
involved so don't worry about having to pay any money.

Our organization is completely 100% legitimate. That's why I signed up to be a talent scout for them. As you can tell by my QL page (
Franchi$e's QL page) , I have a pretty good reputable standing with this community and I aim to keep it that way. So of course, I will not allow myself to hinder anyone's goals or jeopardize their dreams...that's just plain bad karma :). Anyways, I asked the main A&R for pureplaymusic.com (who is still in London, btw, getting things established there to eventually bring the business to the States) and he informed me that artists won't lose any music membership (such as ASCAP) that they may be a part of. If you are part of a music organization already, you just won't be able to be involved with the in-store streaming but can participate in the radio play and music placement with Ricall.
