In April 2005 I booked into a Recording Studio and recorded a couple of demo songs. For me, it was for fun, to see if I could sing... what I sounded like, and, could I add a little more to these songs to make them even more enjoyable.
The response since then has been positive enough for me to have gone back and recorded another twenty demo songs. I can sing the songs of Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Neil Diamond, Andy Williams and a few other great singers; it seems with ease and great pleasure. I have never done a gig or sang to an audience. I am 59 years old and heading in that direction, looking for original songs to sing, orchestras to sing with and an audience to sing to!

It's been over a month since I arrived at SYM, it's been great fun and I am very proud to be a part of this great concept. I have heard some fantastic music from truely talented people here,I certainly learnt a lot and made some new friends. It's time now for me to go out and do what I want to do most, sing, gig, and sing some more. So friends if any of you have some new songs you may think might suit my style of singing, or even know of a band looking for someone like me, or you have any ideas which will benefit all concerned, let me know! I will be looking in from time to time to see how you guys are doing, adding a few more recordings, and so on. So check you later, and if anyone is heading towards my part of the world, check me out.

Hey, I still have not managed to go out and do some live shows. I felt it was important to set up an appropriate launch pad first, and that's what I have been working on. I have put together two twelve track albums; working on my third. I have set up my own web site and put into place various promotion ideas. Now I am all set for those live shows! This is the year it seems, got to record my first ever brand new song 'My Lttle girl' thanks to the lovely people at DSS MUSIC here on SYM who wrote it. I am also going to be doing my first ever live performance on the 12 of December 08 and getting paid for it, WOW! its getting exciting and looking forward to whats coming. Be talking to you.
