Gråsuggorna is a swedish punk rock band and this is our first demo with the current setting. It was recorded in september, 2006.

All the instruments and vocals were recorded simultaniously during a 3-4 hour session in the place were we reherse - Persborg, Rättvik.

As we speak though, we're in a studio making a "real" demo with hopfully higher quality.

As for the music, I guess you could say we're mostly inspired by english punk rock the way it sounded in the early 80:s and play our own stuff as well as covers (there are just so many good songs out there, we just can't help ourselves...)

The (not so adolescent anymore) members of Gråsuggorna are:

Jörgen Johansson - vocals/bass

Tomas Nylén - Guitar/vocals

Johan Larsson - Drums

About the name Gråsuggorna... Here we go - The letter "å" only exist in some of the Scandinavian countries and would be best exchanged with an "a" though it's prenounced like "o" in the English word "on".

Directly translated to English it would be "The greysows" but the most correct English word would be "Woodlice" (a particularly disgusting kind of insect).
