Haunting Heather was formed by a crack commando unit of degenerate musicians and sent to Leavenworth prison for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped a maximum security stockade to the Kansas City underground. Today, still wanted by the union, they survive as musicians of misfortune.
