Not forgetting that it is of course all subjective and without trying to sound pretentious.
I would call myself more a decorator (humour), than an artist; Perhaps an interior designer (musically that is).
Since being introduced to electronic instruments from an early age I have found myself engrossed in interesting sounds,
making new sounds, recording and manipulating sounds. Which is all made easier and more interesting with new fan dangled software.I enjoy trying to perfect the sounds in the mix and force sounds into new shapes.
I am always learning, and that's my approach to music generally, taking ideas and inspirations from everything I listen to- literally! Backwards engineering, taking apart the structure of sounds and the composition of other peoples music is how I listen.
I find I make a tune in whichever style I'm interested in at the moment. To learn about and how a good piece of music is made I will emulate it, usually with the addition of my own particular style. I'm always interested in why something is such a good piece of music- what makes it work, gel, stand out and grab my attention.
I think this is a natural occurrence in musicians generally. When anybody who makes music hears something they really like it inspires them to create something out of the experience. To me music is an experience.

Currently working towards the finish of a Trance Album, I'm fascinated by the possibilities in moving sounds in Psy trance.
I have an EPs worth of Ambient, Enough Techno / Dance for an hour set and seven tracks of good Psy Trance to complete engineering

Trance Funk (working Title) Tried to add a funk feel beat to the conventional Trance style. Needs a Title, Any Suggestions?
