Joseph Dedeaux ~b.k.a.~ "Joede" was born Friday October 13, in Pass Christian, (The Swamps) of MS. 3 months later his father dies in a fatal car crash killing himself. Age 11 moving to Gulfport playing the game of life growing up without or even knowing what a father is, By 13 he began turning to the streets for answers. Looking up to old cats in the neighborhood Joede started getting in the grind of things. Nervous about her son going to jail, Joedes mother sent him to Texas to live with his brother for about 2 years.(Thats where Joedes Texas Swagga comes from) His mother taught him everything he knows, she told him to be a leader, never "Snitch" regardless of the situation, never trust anyone, never let your hustle be known, and never think you're above anything or anyone else(stay humble) count your blessings. At 15 Joedes' best friend goes to jail & does a 7 years bid but never "Snitches" on anyone. About that time Joede discovered he had a talent for writing music. Took him a while but he finally got it, just the ups and downs of life kept getting in his way. 1997 Joede and his mother came so close to be living on the streets, and having noone or nowhere to turn too, Joede never forgave anyone during that time period. Thats where the anger in his rymes come from! Early in 1999 Charles "Cedamac" Smith feeling Joedes pain offered him a contract with his lable then (2-T Ent.) now Big Sipp Records. Joede didnt feel he was ready for that opportunity, and needed to be polished before hand. Recognizing he needed his name in the streets, he started working with other artists collabing on music to build a catalog. In 2000 one of Joedes so called friends stills 2 of his songs & used them for a "2Real Records" Compilation CD. Discouraged about the situation, Joede gave up for about a year with no writing or nothing. But just to show everyone he is the truth in 2001 Joede won ~King~ In The "King & Queen of The Coast" contest that was held in Biloxi, MS. After that he bounced around here & there until Dec. 2002 got with Data Wizard & he started working on his album. 2003 Joede never finished his debut album that was destin to be a force in the industry JoedeMacs'"Best Kept Secret" Never made it! But he got back with "Big Sipp" Prepairing himself for his next album "Im Here Now" Yung Joede will begin to show everyone why he is the ~Future of Mississippi~
