What's up world! My name is Joe. I was born on December 16, 1980. I'm in my 20s and I currently reside in Virginia. I enjoy reading and writing music and poetry. Music is my life. I breath music. I grew up listening to all types of music. I grew up in a very large family of 4 brothers and 3 sisters. I have a total of 18 nephews and nieces. My parents are ministers and are very religious. We had to sing all the time in church. I later on joined the high school choir and then joined a three-man group after high school. We sang for a while and then split up to do our own thing. Now we are trying to do the solo thing in the world of music.

I've been incarcerated for 10 months for making the wrong choices. I've learned that there is no right way to do wrong. Truth is, I was suppose to recieve 15 years to life, but God definitely had other plans for me. I know without a doubt that He has been with me throughout my ups and downs, even when I lost everything I had possession of. Sometimes you have to start from scratch. I've had my share of drugs and alcohol and I don't want to try them again. I am strong enough now to walk with my head held high and not care what people have to say about me. Remember, they talked about JESUS and HE died for us all. I now use my music and testimony to minister to everyone else. You are not alone. Being able to be successful is the one thing I ever dreamed of. I know that one day it will definitely come true for me.

I spend most of my time writing and listening to music. I do a lot of writing what I see and hear in my head. I have to feel and hear the song in my head before I can use it. By the time I get the music, the words that I write automatically fits with the music. I have to thank my music producer, Kevin J. for that. He and I have such great collaberation when it comes to my lyrics and his music. I know that God has truly blessed me with such a great talent and gift to be able to sing and write music. My songs are about my life. I have been through it all and I'm still standing. I'm still here. I have such a wonderful relationship with JESUS CHRIST. HE is the head of my life and my friend.

I hope you enjoy listening to what I have began to set up for you so far and I will give you more later on. I am kind of busy right now, but never too busy for wonderful people like you. I do a lot of singing and speaking in churches and wherever there is a door opened. I love to sing. It makes me feel good. I hope to find the right one to help me to fulfill my dream of becoming the best that I can in my life of singing.
