Biography
Modern Cafe is an Electro-Acoustic music concept created by New World Arts(est 2008). The music is composed and produced by Kevin Finley using a variety of digital audio software utilizing live recorded and digitized audio instrumentation. All of the keyboards are performed and recorded live by Kevin Finley
Your current listening experience includes final pre-masters of 5 songs featuring the talented writer/singer Laurie Webb of Nashville and of FL Studio in Belgium.
Kevin composes and produces the "chill" hybrid compositions for Laurie's sweet voice from scratch by initially using her soloed vocal track as a guide. Instrumentation will include big and little drums, electric horn, acoustic piano, B3, Fender Rhodes, strings, doghouse bass, acoustic guitar, and more (or less).
This is a site for friends/clients and their feedback. The album will be available sometime in 2010 at a secret location near you. Stay tuned and check in occasionally because New World Arts has way more in production - next is the crazy metal of scorching hot guitar player (and supreme log scaler) Richard (Rocket) Ramsay (chef Gordon Ramsay's evil little brother).
