Sultry. Seductive. Intoxicating. Angry. Raw. There is something about the voice that latches onto your emotions and takes you on a journey. Jaz Wilson is a singer, vocal arranger, producer and songwriter who is a mix of Sassy and Street. Her music has the familiar groove of old school R&B, the harmonies of classic Jazz, and the slicing sting of Hip Hop in the drum tracks.
Jaz has had the priviledge to work with many artists from various genres of music. She wrote and co-produced a CD for Seattle-based teen hearthrob LJ in 2006. She also has worked on projects for Seattle artists Jon "J-Styles" Viars and Adrian Sims, as well as Atlanta, Georgia artists Antoine Carmicheal and Jamese Coxx.
Jaz has also been singing professionaly for several years, and has played many shows in Washington State (including the Bite of Seattle 2006), New York City (including The SOB), Missouri, New England, Alabama and Georgia. In 2006, she began working on a limited release CD; seeking perfection on every track, she decided to completely overhaul the project and start over. It is expected to be completed by mid August 2007. Watch for it.
