National Road is a four-piece acoustic outfit residing in the mountains of Western Maryland. Although the band uses a classic bluegrass performance style, they play a wide variety of music including rock ‘n’ roll, old country, bluegrass, and blues. They also play a number of original songs from their recently released self-titled CD. As of June 2008, the band is continuing to write new material for subsequent CD releases.

Simple Beautiful...lovely rhythm,nice style, great country beat.....superb...the song "a fugitive's love song is touching"...it reminds me of the song "the lonesome fugitive" by Merle Haggard....keep it up....great work.....5's forever....
