Penn The Hustler, born Robert M. Peniska, 1985 in Nebraska, raised in the "Vietnam" projects close to Downtown Omaha. As the only child, he grew up his whole life listening to all kinds of music, but his heart and soul was in Hip Hop. His love turned to writing his own raps at the age of 16, while hustling mixtapes & Album CDs back in high school & around the country. A couple of collaborations & Solo tracks in high school got him recognition in his hometown. Due to personal struggles, Penn continued doing other things that almost ended his life until he decided to change his life by becoming a U.S. Marine in the middle of 2002.
Penn understands marketable music which has always helped him push mix tapes & CDs on the street. It allows him to create music that will sell itself while his street endeavors will provide the language that the people of the struggle will understand and respect.
Penn plans on letting the people know how his life was in his world, how the two tours in Iraq overseas was when he in the streets of IRAQ, and letting his soul pour through the music he creates.
His main goal with his music is to give something back to the people and paint pictures with his words while making music that's creative and different. It's pure vivid imagery in the words he speaks along with his bad memories and experiences growing up around drugs, and poverty which makes Penn The Hustler an unforgettable artist. His street credibility gives him a local following.
This artist is soon to be a force to be reckon with in the music industry as well as in his hometown.
