Starting at an early age, began experimenting with the guitar and bouncing tracks utilizing a couple of boom boxes, in my bedroom, as a teen and producing rather primitive sounds(ha). I became overly obsessed with classical movements, particularly Bach, and Paganini, (many friends thought rather wierd at the time, but when I began combining those three part movements implemented into a heavy rock sound, I guess it wasn't very wierd any longer).Upgraded to a four track and got real serious about it at 16. Began obsessing with the whole music production world and while working at a car wash, bought most of the equipment I sought out to obtain to create music. Then I met a few older "veteran" musicians who took me on board and we created the group "Eisenblakk", a metal group in the early nineties. Writing most of the material myself, and being "tutored" by these guys progressed my skills extensively, while touring up and down the west coast. Soon, I found my own band opening up for large acts such as BOC, Nazareth, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Quiet Riot, to name a few. Pretty cool to play your own stuff to several thousand people and sign autographs. Felt very strange, but it was amazing. As time went on , that group eventually disbanded and we went our seperate ways, although I am pleased to have stayed in contact with my comrades and nearly all of them are still doing some sort of musical work. I was the writer and lead guitarist of that group. After departing that nband, I kept my "stage name" and got even more serious about the production aspects of the art and began spending alot of spare time with recording engineers, taking notes, and then began experimenting with my own vocals more to see if I should begin singing. So I did, and once again began investing in much more sophisticated equipment. I did several solo CD's and went on to create my own group, "Room 13" a few years ago. It went very well. For various reasons, thaty group is now disbanded. We had two albums, and I decided not to release the second one due to conflicts within the group at the time. I still have all masters of many, many works which are fully complete. As of now, I am still embarking on my never ending journey of writing, and I am getting severe "stage itch" if thats what you want to call it. I bought even more equipment, (which probably led to the divorce of my former wife, who was not supportive of my music whatsoever, unfortunately). I guess the love of my life is music creation. Also, over the years of my works I have also obtained writing awards from both Billboard and the USA songwriting competition. Here now I have posted new music completed this summer of 2009 and I am planning on including it with more tracks, to complete yet another solo CD. I will then be taking auditions for particular musicians to get this stuff on the road. I am very open to collaboration and/or artist "pitching" if there were any interesrt in what I have to offer.
