Biography
Hi there... Now 38 I started writing when I was 17, mainly interested in pop ballads and later, progressive rock. I was inspired to start writing by the likes of Tiffany & Debbie Gibson as well as Bon Jovi, Meatloaf and many other rock legends.

At 18 I went into a local recording studio for the first time and recorded my very first demo, although writing many songs on paper after that my next 2 demos wasn't recorded until I was 21. At this time I started playing keyboards and guitar which is when I started to take control of my music, I formed a rock band at 23 and moved on to manage a couple of local bands at 24. By the time I was 25 I'd set up my own home recording studio and got together with a local singer which is when two of my demos (Don't Go, dance & ballad versions) were recorded in 1996. A few more demos were recorded until I took a break from it all in 1997...

Visit my website http://www.roger-lee.co.uk where you can find out more about me and my music. Lyrics to the songs listed here as well as my other songs can also be found on my website.

**NEW UPDATE**

Something 'bout you (Vocals Roger Lee)

I'm still working on this one but I thought I'd place the first section of it here...

Don't Go - Ballad Version (Vocals Sarah Woodcock)

This was the first of the two versions that came about after being inspired by a song on the radio, the basics were written in about a day at the back end of 1996, recording and the dance version was complete in January 1997

Don't Go - Dance Version (Vocals Sarah Woodcock)

After the ballad was completed then this version came about, up tempo with a few more extras added, this has been the one that's grabbed peoples attention over the years.

...All songs here were written, arranged & produced by myself.

If there are any artists/producers out there who would like to re-record/re-mix these or any songs I place on here for themselves then please drop me a line...

Hey It's Brooke. Thanks for taking an interest in me. As Graham explained, I'm moving soon, but will have a look at your songs. Your arrangements are very good, and I'd make the songs shine. Luv. Brooke.
