Tanice Morrison, Jamaican female Reggae Artiste was born in Kingston,Jamaica.Started singing at age six but her career in music began at age 18yrs.Started out singing professionally in hotels and later recorded her very first single(Old Hurt) at Studio One Jamaica.Although a trained teacher,Tanice admits that singing is her destiny.She has been on shows with international artistes such as the Marley brothers and Maxi Priest.Tanice has opened for "The Kenny Rogers in Concert Show"(held at Kings House Lawn,2004)alongside Dwight Pinkney and Ernest Smith.She has recently performed on Air Jamaica Jazz festival(2008)performing on their Talent Stage.
Tanice has now released two new singles(produced by Jon Williams) one which is entitled "WHO'S GONNA CARE" written by her mother(Marcia Duffus who felt neglected by her parents as a child growing up."For You, Mother" is written by Tanice which expresses love and appreciation for mother.She also wants dedicate it to mothers across the globe.Her favorite artists include Anita Baker,Whitney Houston,Mary J Blige,Marcia Griffiths and Stevie Wonder.She recently performed alongside One Third,Air Supply "To Mom with Love" on Mother's Day.
