Biography
Born to a farmer's family outside of Des Moines, Iowa, Terri accepted Jesus as Saviour at age 5. Later in life her first marriage would end; however, her faith carried her and her two young sons through their struggle to survive multiple job layoffs. Ultimately it lifted her and her family through the most harrowing event of their lives when her son Jeremy was nearly killed in a horrible bus crash en route to a church camp in Louisiana.
Armed with only a high school education, Terri has authored the new book, YOU MAY HAVE A PH.D., BUT I KNOW G.O.D., her memoirs of her son's accident and recovery. She now aims to help other families in crisis with the establishment of the J.B. Laz Foundation. Her promotional CD are songs of faith and inspiration meant to elevate the spirits of Christians everywhere.
She has appeared on The 700 Club, KLTY FM radio (Dallas, TX), Chuck and Jenny, Live!, The Power of Prayer and featured on numerous radio programs and thru major newspaper articles.
These songs reflects the experiences of this life-changing event and in addition to her book, is made available through her special appearances and on her website www.terriarnett.com.
Her sense of humor never left as evidenced by the song, You're Never Too Old - turning 50 has never
looked better. She also performed at Carolines on Broadway in New York City as a Reader’s Digest award winner and has had articles published with The Christian Online Magazine.
The book is also available at Family Christian Stores, Mardel, The 700 Club and on Amazon. It's all for His glory and honor. If you need encouragement or to renew your faith, please visit my website. He truly is the healer of broken hearts, because He healed mine.
