(First off..Ive only had music and pics up on this site since August 2007..which is only a few months and the love im getting from yall is CRAZY!! Marcus Guynn aka "Legacy" was born in Russellville, KY on November 8th of 1984. He later moved to a small town called Elkton, KY where he grew up and developed his love for music and passion for songwriting. Though he always had a real love for music, he hadn’t yet sought out to become neither an artist nor a songwriter for music purposes. It wasn’t until he was older and made his way to Brooklyn, NY that he developed the burning desire to become a rapper/songwriter. Now, at the age of 22, Legacy has been making noise in the streets of the Dirty South as well as the East Coast. His first ever performance was on the Filthy Rich Show in New York, NY, which aired on Time Warner Cable Television. He has also had the privilege of performing at several major events and venues such as The Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund in Alpharetta, GA, which was hosted by Caroline Miller; live at B.B King's in Nashville, TN; Club Island in Clarksville, TN; L&J Sports Lounge in Clarksville, TN; Club Tropicana in Clarksville, TN; the Make It or Break It show in Atlanta, GA (which air on MTV) and several more too numerous to name. He is truly an upcoming star with a natural sound, look and swagger that will soon lead him to be one of the top stars in the game.
