With influences such as Dave Hollister, Musiq, Al Green, Neptunes and Teddy Riley, T-N-T has no other chioce but to become a Dynamite production. This duo (Donald Bryant a.k.a Twist‘Dem and Alton Moyler a.k.a Train) are both from the Tidewater area of Virginia. Train, growing up in Chesapeake got involved in music in his middle school orchestra playing the viola and singing in his church choir. Twist‘Dem growing up in a Norfolk housing projects found his light playing the violin in elementary school. His love for music lead him into a dance group (GQ Fellas) and DJaying parties. Together they hope to accomplish making music that is globally known and reaching people through positive music.

STRESS

David Jones aka Young Stress or ST / Born in Norfolk, Virginia in the Norview area until I was 7 then moved to Virginia Beach in the Lake Edwards townhomes / Always ate slept and breathed music but started writing raps at the age of 14. / No sisters and the oldest of 4 brothers. I started recording my own music on a fisher price radio with a mic. I played music (instrumental) on my boom box and rhymed into the mic on the fisher price radio and made my own tapes. / I listen to artists like Mos Def, Deap Prez, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Nas, T.I. and of course T-N-T / Most Important to me: my kids, family, music and my money !! / Influences : God, my mom, money and music. / Love the color red but no gang affiliation. / I don’t really do clubs but I do go sometimes. I’d rather get a bottle of Hennesey, a 12 pack and a pack of Dutches and chill with a shorty at the crib. / One word to sum me up - Unforgetable.
Jayson Donnell Reid

Stage Name: J Reid
Born: November 17, 1983 in Norfolk, Virginia. Started rapping in sixth grade. I grew up in the Poplar Halls neighborhood. I graduated from Booker T. Washington high school in 2001 and said “fuck college, it’s not for me”. I’m a lyrical machine wit the mic “You dig?” I started rapping at the age of 12. My influences are Nas, Biggie, Pac, 50 Cent and Jay-Z. Someday soon I want to do a song with my favorite MC of them all Nasir Jones …Nasty Nas. I got all my confidence from my mom and my girl as well as myself. I live it, I breathe this. Much love to my squad T-N-T and Twiss-D’em, they’re my backbone in this rap shit. We’re fam and I got their backs so look out cause we’re coming and it’s not a game. So like DJ Kahlil… listen … !!

Blackman

Mario Wiggins aka “Blackman” / radio born in Norfolk, VA. Raised in Diggs Park and representing the 7 cities and anyone in the world who’s going through the everyday struggle. A lot of things in the world have changed, our loyalty as blacks has not. I enjoy talking to younger kids about surviving the right way. You have to do what is necessary to get yours. How can that be a problem? I would love for black people to become one and overcome our oppression. People died for the freedom we have here today. We kill each other now, more than the oppressor and we are conditioned “love your mother and father, your sister and brothers and all of your people”. Rap to me is an outlet for me to provide, learn and teach, for they who need and want to learn more. I will rap my life story and give to the world what it has given to me … history. Artists who most inspire me are The Notorious B.I.G., LL Cool J, 2-Pac, Public Enemy, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, The Isley Brothers, Curtis Mayfield, and Grand Master Melle Mel. With the lessons and blessings of their music, I would put on one of their songs to pull me through the problem. Real music for real problems.
