Biography
I started singing as soon as I could talk. My first memory of performing in front of an audience was at a fair in my hometown, I was 5.
Started writing my own music at age 10, mostly silly stuff, kids stuff. When I was 13 I wrote my first song in English, and had a teacher help me put music to it. I've put three songs I've written out here, no music, just my voice.
I’m learning to play guitar, and love it! I’ve worked past the pain in my fingers… and even broke a guitar string! I want to learn how to play the banjo and mandolin too.
Right now I’m in college studying to become a kindergarten teacher, which I love. But my passion is music.
My influences are Dixie Chicks, Faith Hill, Aretha Franklin, Bonnie Raitt, Ella Fitzgerald.
