Bio

I wrote and composed my first composition, “In the Beginning" at the early age of 12. At the age of only 16 I had composed and produced my first CD, "Summer time in the City" with 26 tracks of amazing music with multiple genres including Bluegrass, Blues, Folk, Light Rock and Classical. I amaze myself. In the summer of 2007 when I took up my stage name Malachi Sterling I had my first CD release at the infamous NW Music Millennium in Portland, Oregon. That same year I was the opening act for Kyle Vincent at the Influence gallery, was the headlining performer at the Satyricon Night Club, and performed at the John Denver Earth Day Tribute at the Hillsboro Civic Center. It was a pleasure to participate with The Songwriters in the Round for the Oregon food Bank Benefit Concert. Before I graduated High school I also helped Liberty raise money for Dornbechers Childrens Hospital. I was clipped on the front page of Hillsboro Argus’ community section and have had the pleasure of playing with many other seasoned musicians from all over the West Coast. I just recently played at the "Lets Celebrate Hillsboro Event" Coming soon to The Hillsboro Cultural Artsd Center November 3rd at 6:00 PM.
