Born straight out of the WestSide streets of Valdosta,Ga,Ahmed"Ga's Best Rapper!" is the absolute truth! Even though he admits he never would have thought of rapping, his inspiration came from a close childhood friend name"Walt-B" They would rap and Ahmed would shock the whole school, city, hood etc, but he never took it seriously because he didn't care for it and thought it was all talk until one morning @Valdosta High School he had a live acapella freestyle battle and from that moment on he says"I knew this was an God giving talent and that I can save so many of my people and change the world!" and from there on his career took off! He says"Most of my homeys are felons, some in prison, some just got out,but they all have criminal records and you know the white man ain't gone give them a job, so why not me? this music is bigger than me i represent them and they represent me and an whole culture of people worldwide, the struggle and these are the people who Im going to lay my life down for trying to save the "real niggaz and females" only because i feel they're all worth it! He freestyled everyday at lunch, breakfast, basketball games anything where a crowd would be and at the age of 19 he moved on too the big scene"Club Illusions" this was a spot in Valdosta where the hottest and best talent city rappers would go. He then took on 3 month champion"Big Mane" who was the freestyle king and was very good until Christmas 2003 he had his crown taken from him by none other than Ahmed and ever since then Valdosta knows him as"The Freestyle King!" and unquestionably Ga's Best Rapper! Ahmed's style is unique and very deep,he touches so many subjects in his raps pertaining to real life seeing as how hard his childhood struggle was, with his mom drinking and not working, his father a brooklyn,ny legend(master malik) teaching martial arts and his father grew up in the same hood biggie smalls just two streets over and is an natural born hustla. he grew up muslim so that would explain why he's so intellectual and intelligent growing up on elijah muhammad, malcolm x and minister farrakhan, but living in the gutter his whole life with none to show with he and his 2 older brothers, life was terrible! many nights hungry, no cable, no heat, no car, rats, roaches, spiders and ants within the same walls he's living in and sometimes ant's in his bed, not to mention him being the only islamic child in his neighborhood which was bad because he would get into fights all the time when kids tease him about his religion or mother addiction and being the poorest family on the WestSide of Valdosta, Ga. Ahmed's a natural born leader, he's the only kid his neigborhood who could read intellectually at age 3! the only kid fighting 11 and 12 year olda at age 8 and beating his parents at scrabble at age 9! Ahmed has not a buzz in his city, but credibility! People know Ahmed' music is life at the fullest and I haven't heard a signed or unsigned artists this real or music that touches you to your heart since 2pac, but the only difference is he has better lyrical ability and was raised by a natural born leader so he know no following! He has the whole 9 yards, realism,morals, ethics, credibility,respect,leadership,heart and most of all honesty which 95% of most rappers today don't have! Octobet 14th 2004, while attending college, Ahmed was almost killed as an red pickup truck hit him head on from the blindside going 30miles an hour, he hit the windshield, legs pushed back, face hit the hood and he bounced off and continued to roll several times after that! He was rushed to Vidalia,Ga hospital and gracefully he didn't break nothing and even his doctor told him"Man you must be strong because anyone with weak bones would be cripple right now with that kind of an impact you was hit by!" previous to that Ahmed's father always had him to work out just incase things like that happen and ahmed say's "That accident is the most scariest thing I've ever been through, I actually thought i was dead and because of that i now workout 4 days everyweek to keep my strength(weighing only 172 benching 260)so that's why im so arrogant because i honestly feel like whatever's meant to happen to me is going to happen to me so why worry? you only get one life and i won't spend it worrying about anyone because when God makes that call im gone so i know it's his decision and im ok with that, but i fear no one or nothing, but i am cautious of alot and nervous about some stuff but never fear because im 100% real and nothing worse can happen to me than what has happen to me physically almost being killed, emotionally almost being killed with the pain i've recevied or mentally losing all my closest people like my mom, my uncles, my auntee's , my 3 cousins and two of my homies in prison and one just got out, so im use to the struggle it's my life, but it' makes me stronger and i know im stronger than all rappers because i am the example of "Sacrafice" and a realnigga because i was raised by the realist, so it's installed in me and i never had to wonder what being real was ever like because i was taught that by my pops everyday of my life and that's why im the realist rappin since 2pac and gone continue to be until i die!" August 14th 2005 Ahmed lost his mother to cancer and he says that's his biggest motivation is to fulfill his promise to his mother"When my mom was alive, I told her Im going to get you that house and she would always say I know, but just make it and Im happy enough, so Im going to do that before I die!" Ahmed also has to take care of his father he and his older brother because he father only has one leg"My pops the best thing ever because he raised me to be a man everyday and show me the moral and ethics and what it takes to be a man, if it wasn't for him id be trappin just like the rest of my homey's who had to turn to the streets because no real man was there for them, so i thank God becuase i was fortunate!" Ahmed has alot on his back that he didn't expect with the loss of his mother, 2 uncles and his cousin savius who told him"lil cuz, you that nigga!" meaning he's the one, so he has alot of expectations and alot of people look up to him he says!"My life right now feels terrible just like my childhood was because again im stuck in a positon where i have to make a choice on me or put my life on hold to take care my dad and i don't mind becuase he's my dad, but im human and it wears me down and holds me down and sometimes I feel like I just can't live and wish I wasn't here!he says" He's performed at Club Zion in Atlanta's Forrest Park! His album"Certified" is an South Georgia Classic" and has all of South Ga waiting on his big break and it's coming soon with the helps of him doing shows and record labels like Koch,Warner Brothers, and Capitol Records and he even recently got a letter from"Grand Hustle" A and R Doug Peterson and he says"I hope the whole GrandHustle likes my album especially T.I. from 1 king to another, but they will cuz ima realnigga, but if not i ain't trippin, even Michael Jordan got slept on and he the greatest NBA player of all time, so it don't mean Im not that nigga it just mean they don't know it yet but in my heart and mind im always gone be that nigga and prove it to the world, so whether the results good or bad, I know who i am, what i can do and for sure what im going to do and can't noone stop that and whoever sleep on it will miss out on history and that's a promise because i will make history like no other for the very 1st time in rap!" So a lot of labels, productions, showmanagers and A and R's are very interested in his project"Certified" plus he never wrote his raps until 2006 and he was doing this at age 19 way be4 jay-z announced it because he has an very wide and huge vocabulary but with good reason because that album is "Classic Material" so much that a few weeks ago Ahmed was invited ti Atl' 89.3fm live to talk about his album and why he's real as people say and what he feel's he bring to the game and today's status of it. Ahmed is to Valdosta what T.I. is to the A"KING" and he's also a hustla, his album"Certified" has sold more than 500 independently, and the thing he has no manager, has his own record label"Xclusive Ent."
