The band Dzila Nemana (Deadfaint) was formed in 2006, in Riga, Latvia, by five musicians, some of whom had been playing together already before that. The members are: Andrejs Bogdanovs – the short, cocky and quarrelsome vocalist of the band, who also likes to think that he is the leader; Normunds Brokans – a rhythm guitarist, the band’s master of riffs and pinch harmonics, which are put by him in every single song; Guntars Berzinš – the bassist, known for his sloppy slapping and love for whiskey; Rihards Rikmanis – a slightly plump, beer-drinking lead guitarist, who is extremely proud of his ugly moustache and the status of an underground musician; Krišjanis Radzinš – the drummer. He is the least experienced member in terms of playing his instrument, however, the most talkative one. Due to the presence of driver’s license and his constant soberness, he is also the driver of the band. The band plays some kind of rock, although a certain genre has not been defined yet, and has performed concerts at several music clubs in Riga and other cities of Latvia
