WHO IS STLO? (Pronounced STELLO!) I, STLO, am the musical genius, Austell Silverton, a Cincinnati native, who calls Atlanta my second home. With the dynamic combination of Hip Hop, Crunk, R&B, and Funk, I, STLO, have has become a household name with fans spanning the globe. My philosophy is "Goin’ Do It Real Bigg! Goin’ Prove It Real Bigg!" I, STLO, have notable creations, such as the debut single “Real Bigg!" which depicts a ride down I-85 through Atlanta. “Real Bigg” was released from STLO MUSIC, Backroads Productions in April, 2006. I, STLO, have been an active member of the world’s “Music” society for years. The STLO MUSIC, Backroads Productions company has been recognized, registered, and appreciated by notable music production and monitoring societies such as ASCAP and Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems. . I, STLO, have been a name that reaches far beyond the parameters of mainstream music media!- namely with my Flow Funk Style of music. The Flow Funk Style of music is part of an ever-changing system of Hip-Hop Music and its numerous genres. While others solely promote Crunk music, and its subgenres of Snap and Trap music, namely in Atlanta, I, STLO, stress Hip Hop's funk roots with real musical instruments, melodic choruses, racy- but complicated lyrics, and an overall panoramic approach to the hip hop experience.
