[color="blue"][b]Dukes (born July 29, 1987) is rapper who is taking Connecticut by storm. He is very charismatic, confident and has quite a presence. His gentle, but self-assured swagger scores high on the board with both women and men. Dukes used to be one-third of a group called ATM. Together, they performed at the Hartford's Hot Club, Connecticut's talent show hosted in Waterbury, Connecticut and various high schools. After a year with the group, he decided to become a solo artist. As a solo artist, Dukes displayed some of his music on his Myspace page to see how they would do and ended up being on the Top 10 List for Connecticut artists representing all genres. He was number One for over a week and his songs brought in over 3,000 plays per day and within one month, brought in over 65,000 plays. Dukes performed at a summer outing for a law firm and his performance went so well that a couple of lawyers wanted him to perform at their kid's parties. He also performed during the West Indian celebration weekend in Hartford, Connecticut. Dukes has become a local celebrity and is often recognized by both women and men when going out to the night clubs.[b][/b][/color]
