The Mark also known as the Gekko 1st Degree, planted and grown in Rotterdam. Mark stands for the labeled. Labeled as an outsider in society in many areas and in many forms. A man who is not label, but labels itself as the "Refined Ethnic Heretic". A heretic who feels comfortable in the void! Mohiem ... In 1999 Mark was introduced to the Hip-Hop by a good friend and classmate. Who, when time and loved Eminem himself wrote some lines on paper. Thanks to him, grabbed a pen, the Mark bit and wrote his first 6 bars. It was the simplest rhyming phrases that you could imagine, but you have to start somewhere, right?! Together they were the rappers of group 8. They did their thing at school parties. But later ..... when their paths separated, it was more or less ended adventure. The Mark started again only to write lyrics in 2004. When he reached his nephew, went home to record songs with Music Maker 4, his love for hip-hop to flourish. The first track sounded really not what you would say, outer back! Despite the lack of experience, they started a group in a community center with five men. The so-called group called MSS (Moroccan Street Soldiers). Gigs here and there but after that it was a little quiet. No one was more seriously involved. The rap group grew apart. The Mark wanted to go. Thus arose PZG (para sick disturbed), consisting of MC Taliban Nefkes and The Mark. The Mark was the most motivated and fanatical of the three, which is more or less work on their own tour. It was an error while the MC, but he has learned his lessons and continued to hip hop. He is now more focused in order to give a distinct sound, accompanied by guerrillas and raw underground hip hop. The core of his music is "A heretic remain in everything I do.
