"Rashad Mckinney" (born March 11th, 1983) is an artist from Saint Louis, Missouri. The oldest of three (Gerrod & Mia) his father Glenn died in 1996 while having surgery. Raised on the southside section of the city raps under the name Shadel a.k.a Shadel No Extras (because there's nothing else to his name). As a member of the group Park Ave with cousins (Carly G & Bank) recording a project titled [A Story Worthy Of A Movie] looking to assert his own idenity while searching for a well lit path to stardom he seen a glimmer of hope as a solo artist and started to work on a project titled [Not As Seen On TV]. [Not As Seen On TV] is a street album that will not be watered down and will give the people who look at St. Louis darling from afar due to the constint melodic artist that come out a different view of the city. Revealing the truth rather than glorify ignorance [Not As Seen On TV] will give a true description of young black men from the hood that huminazes them in a way, as they're force to live in specific areas what you might call the TRAP. Bringing awerness to the thugs without motives with enough radio appeal to be a star Shadel is determined to be a success and keep being successful in the industry. Feeling like he has to have more money than neccersary to satisfy normal needs knowing that the hood has lost it's luster a jail is to big of an occupational hazard was the reason why he decided to share his experience to the ghetto and to a larger extent with the world, all of those who never witness gangbanging, drug dealing, prostitution and robbery. The makings of a young mogul Rashad Edward Mckinney has started two clothing companies(ROUGH draft Garments™ & damaged LUXURY Garments ™) and his own record label (STREET FAMOUS Recordings™).
