NuVizionz Entertainment, a Maryland based entertainment company was founded in 2006. NuVizionz Entertainment, unlike other independent entertainment companies; our main focus is film/video production/ photography / animation, creative writing (poetry, songs, screenplays, scripts, treatments, etc.). My name is Jason Cromes, 33 years old, CEO and owner of NuVizionz Entertainment and a graduate of Bowie State University's, Communications Department (Broadcast technology - Class of 2002). After graduation I was unsure if I wanted to pursue this ever so changing and competitive industry, so I did a brief stint in radio broadcast. I interned for XM Satellite Radio performing all production for their 70's network (XMSEVT) and holding a weekly WWE, wrestling show as the voice of the "Rock". At the completion of my internship I recieved the highest honors as an intern; then being offered a position as a Production Assistant. After being hired and working briefly XM filed bankruptcy in 2002, causing them to lay all new employees, they reduced their production department from 300 employees to 80. I then began searching for other positions in TV and Radio Broadcast, but was unsuccessful, plus they don't allow you to express your ideas and creativity. So back to the workforce it was....I landed a job for the Federal Government (Department of State)....NEVER AGAIN...I met a lot of people but the government just isn't for me....After working several jobs over the years and 3 kids later, I really wanted to get into my field, TV Production. With the internet taking over the world of communication and entertainment, there are producers getting Prime Time views on webisodes and videos alone. I began writing this script for my first show called "The Alliance", purchased some equipment, networked with a couple of people already in various useful industries and it just took off.
