[color="black"][b][indent]The C_SIDE group was formed in December 2002 in the town of Monfalcone, from musical ideas of Gabriele Recluta and Gabriele D’Alonzo, who were friends and had had various musical experiences. It was not easy to find a special sound for the band, because of the different styles, but - after a careful search and selection of the instruments - a special voice was found, Francesca Salcioli, who was just right for the project: she had the right knowledge and the musical experiences to work on and to help in the choice of sounds and arrangements. Later on they were joined by Daniele Deiuri and David Movio, who also came form different experiences, but who managed to give an extra impulse to the experiment. Once they found “their” sound, the C SIDE participated in their town of origin to the national musical contest for emerging bands, POP&ROCK 2003, where they won the top prize consisting in the production/ recording of a DEMO called “Understand”. They then came to a small musical and artistic production, after which they had their first radio interviews and some concerts, also in Slovenia. In September 2004 they were invited - as the guest group - to the POP&ROCK 2004. Lately they started co-operating with Umberto Labozzetta, who runs the Lab Promotion, important agency from Milan.
