BLUEHOUSE RECORDS Maurice “Mo G” Gowdy and Corey “Sammy Cain” Sampson came together in 2002 to form the successful independent label, Blue House Records. With the conception of their label the two Mississippi natives would set out to create the new sound of the “Sip”. Their unique sound is very spiritual and rich in rhythm and blues, which is a direct reflection of their Mississippi roots. With the huge success of their three independent releases Sammy Cain and Mo G have become the most sought after group in Mississippi opening up for some the biggest names in hip hop. Including: Three Six Mafia, Project Pat, Young Bloodz, Pastor Troy, Yin Yang Twins, Mr. Magic, Cash Money Millionaires, the late Soulja Slimm, Crooked Lettaz (David Banners former group), Huggie B, Lo Lo ( Block Ent/Bad Boy South recording artist), P-Boy Stone, Block Boi (Big Face recording artist), Afro-Man, and Crazy (former No Limit recording artist). BlueHouse Records has positioned themselves for a huge year in 2007 with several projects slated for release. Including the highly anticipated solo effort from Sammy Cain titled “Last Call” due in late ’07.
