Rockefeller The name Q-S represents a very unique style that defines his rare talent, and his ability to change and adapt on the fly, demanding people to respect the true breadth of his talent. Q-S is unpredictable and very versatile. He is a story teller and there’s meaning to his smooth lyrics. Sure it's very simple to follow trends... just take a look around, but being unique is what separates one from the rest. Innovation is by far the lane less taken in one's lifetime. Anyone can put lyrics together and rap, but Q-S shows the true meaning of being an innovative emcee with a creative mind and versatile style. Indeed, it's as if Q-S was placed in a league of his own as he continues to set examples and goals for hip hop. ”What started as a joke soon became popular. Now it's time to prove what I can do as a rap artist." Born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, and raised in Levittown, as a child Q-S would look up to his older brother as a rapper. It never occurred to him to pursue rap as a career until the summer of 2004 at the age of 18. His brother would always motivate him to kick a freestyle in a cipher just for the fun of it. "My brother was a great influence on me," Q-S said, referring to Klassic. "I don't think I would have begun rapping if it wasn't for him." Q-S practiced honing his craft every day to somewhat match Klassic's. Starting with what seemed to be only a hobby, Q-S soon developed a passion for rapping just two years after he first began writing lyrics. Today Q-S is out creating a buzz for himself on his independent record label, "Elite Entertainment Productions," and he's continually booking events for performances and interviews. His celebrity is already on the rise and growing fast. Q-S has worked extremely hard to come up as a rapper in the face of trials and tribulations. "Looked up my younger years now you looking at him," Q-S mentions in one of his tracks to symbolize his growth as a lyricist. Many had doubted Q-S and ignored his skill until he opened the minds of listeners through his music. He went from being clowned for his style of clothing and religion of Islam to struggling to fit in with society, all of which plays a major role in his sound, although he is capable of switching his style and delivery. "How I look at it, it's not the beat that makes the song, it's the artist." Through desire, dedication, and determination, Q-S now strives for perfection with a goal to make history with his music and show the world what he is truly capable of as a lyricist.
