Born as Ruben Rosa but you can call me Ru. Ru is the element on the periodic table of elements known as Ruthenium. Ruthenium is one of the three metals found in platinum. so you can't have platinum if you don't have Ruthenium. HA! anyway..... i grew up on the northwest side of chicago.. logan square. I was born and raised there so i was there to witness the hood turn to shit... it used to be nice when i was a kid. even though it is the was it is.. I love it because it made me who i am and taught me what i know.... im the type of guy that observes everything and learns from it. I grew this passion for making music since i was in freshman year of highschool.... im 24 now and still on my grind.... doin' what i gots to- to make it where i want to be. As well as a life observer i also observed hiphop and the way it's changed over the years..... I make music that i think is real.... to me... cuz im not everybody. Although I try to make music for everyones ears. Right now I got some of my closest friends workin' with me to build for my dream.... Ruthenium Productions..... For the time being I've been Leasing out beats for the songs we make... I am currently studying this new program i have to make beats.... I've made beats for about 3 years now and pretty good at it... One thing I love to do is sit down and listen to a beat till i get that feeling of what i would rap about on the beat and come up with a hook.... i come up with some i'll ass choruses... I went to Columbia College for 2 semesters and learned a great deal of audio production and design.... with this knowledge and experience im looking to expand and start a foundation to my label in full effect hopefully by next year.....
