My musical journey began at around age 6 or 7. My mother would make me sing and dance to All Night Long by Lionel Richie before I went to bed each night. It progressed to Michael Jackson, when he was black! I was in chorus, but I was more of an athelete, so singing and dancing took a back seat. When I was about 15, I got involved with the AMEZion Mass Choir, where I began to love music again. I led songs at my local church, and began to write. At age 19, shortly after my mother died, I bought a keyboard and began the art of sequencing. I taught myself how to play the keyboard and continued to write for my local church. I was involved with a few groups in college, but nothing worked out as everyone went their separate ways. After graduating from South Carolina State University, I got a chance to write for the National Youth N' Praise Mass Choir. Have had the opportunity to work with the likes of David Frazier (I need you to survive)! I had opportunities to present my material, but never was prepared, so I decided to work on an album of my own. My desire is to be a writer and producer and change the face of popular music.
