New Jersey's own "Young Ace" also known as "Ace"/"Lil Savage" and "Problem Child" who is now a Hip-Hop/Rapper was born (Louis Darryl Scott)on February 17, 1990 in Bristol, Pennsylvania has had a rough childhood growing up after being initiated into a local gang of Charlotte, North Carolina and being involved in a drug trade.Young Ace's former gang members gave him his nickname (Ace) as a street name because he always played his cards right. The separation of his parents and living in an unstable home off of well-fair caused a change in his life because he feels inside he needed a family and money to feed him, his younger brother and his older sister so he joined a neighborhood gang (Nine Trey Gangster Bloods)who provided him with his needs. Young Ace was determined to learn how to survive in the streets. He started selling drugs but not because of the fact that everyone else was doing it but because of the fact that it was his only way of survival in life in which he remembers times where he had to dig into his couch even entering other people's vehicle's to find loose change just so he can put food in the house. Young Ace made a big name for himself around his neighborhood and others but living in a gang infested area and around people who wants to make it out the 'hood' like everyone else caused him to have rivals. The lost of a majority of his close friends, him being constantly expelled out of every school he was enrolled in, the separation from him and his family and the fact that he has been back and forth to court for a variety of charges has opened his eyes in life. He started rapping in the summer of 2004 after the tragic lost of a very close friend of his(Joqalahj Higgs) who died by the gun. Young Ace remembers the word of his close friend asking him to "promise each other that before we leave this crazy a** world at least one of us has to make it in life" and Young Ace remembers promising him this so the fact that Joq has passed away pushed Young Ace into keeping that promise. His inspirations in music are artist's like 2Pac, Notorious B.I.G, Big L, Bone Thugs, Jay-Z and Nas. After being inspired by these artist Young Ace knew that rap is what he wanted to do and what can help him make it in life. After moving to New Jersey around New Years of 2005 Young Ace formed with a variety of underground rap groups like "New Management"/"Piff Block"/"Blood Monee Click" and his last group called "The Next Generation" but he decided he wanted to make it on his own. He's had plenty of underground mix tapes like "2 Hot 2 Cocky & 2 Raw", "Soul of a Ridah", "Talk of da South", and "Live Life Don't Take It". Young Ace as a very popular buzz on the street when it comes to music. Young Ace wants to take his lifestyle and put in poetic words to touch others who are going through the same type of lifestyle he is currently going through or something similar to his life. Young Ace's dream is to take his family out of that ghetto lifestyle environment and to see his name in light's so he can finally just sit back and say "I made it".
