Blackout Jake and the Frosty Mugs is a new band emerging out of Bloomington, Indiana. After meeting at Indiana University last year, Jake Parsons, Kevin White, and Sean Smith decided to be roomates and form a band together. With the addition of John Sloneker on rhythm guitar, the band has ventured into the recording studio to record their first album. Their music covers a vast range of styles, with songs borrowing influence from anywhere from blues rock to hip hop.
