Maurice Strong aka Moe Cheekz was born in Conyers GA on January 22, 1986. He moved to Tacoma/Lakewood Washington where he was brought up in the church and was the youngest out of 5 other brothers and sisters. He started off singing in the church but soon fell in love wit R&B around the age of 10... Exposed to this Genre of music from his mom Moe Cheekz soon became addicted and knew that this was what he wanted to do. He grew up inspired listening to artist such as Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Dave Hollister, R. Kelly, Baby Face, Usher, and Mint Condition just to name a few... Moe Cheekz fell in love after a stranger came up to him one day and said, " Your voice is like the voice of a angel, it sooths the mind yet has great feeling and meaning behind it " and after realizing how much of a impact music can have on people he knew he could touch peoples lives and make a sad day a sunny new beginning.
