Bio
I started playing guitar in my freshman year at Sisters High School in Sisters, Oregon, in a class taught by singer/songwriter Brad Tisdale called The Americana Project and within the first few months I was honored to have opened for The Waybacks, a well known folk band. After high school, and a brief stint in the Air Force, I found myself homeless and playing on the streets of downtown Bend, Oregon. I wrote very little of my own music until I found myself sitting in a solitary confinement prison cell at Snake River Correctional Institution for assault charges. I writting about everything, random bits of clever lines until I had enough of them to make a song out of. I now have near over 40 originals and that number is still growing. i play gigs around Bend and beyond, just waiting for the right person to hear my music. Thanks for reading and listening. Namaste, Anthony
