D Advocate is a Chi town native hailing from the south side of Chicago. He started Hip Hop; if you will, at the age of 14. Since then his stage name has changed many different times through out his musical life. D Advocate found love and peace through music artists such as Nas,lauren hill,the roots, and many more. D Advocate does believe that there is a fine line between hip hop and rap; thats like tryin to throw Common in the ring with young joc. To say the least, its a win win situation rap will never defeat hip hop and hip hop will never defeat rap. Now on the other hand a young joc in the ring with a lil flip might be battle that could be judge. Not one personally i would want to attend myself but the point is hip hop is hip hop and rap is rap. D Advocate is now tryin to find his way into the industry. He battles,freestyle,writes, and makes beats. D Advocate is a hip hop artists with many different styles and speeds of original flow. He mainly basses his style around his name,personality,and child hood up bringing. He speaks the truth. In a way you can say that he says what the people are afraid to say.
